 This was one of the earliest breast cancer campaigns linked to NAF’s future advocacy work. Organized in partnership with the Young Populace Foundation, the event brought together over 700 community members on a busy market day. Screening services, nutritional counseling, and general check-ups were offered.

Despite the large turnout, few women accepted screening due to fear and common myths. This event revealed the urgent need for ongoing education and helped shape NAF’s long-term strategy of continuous awareness creation in Kajiado County.
